This book is the next level on Hojo Undo, there are a couple of good books on Hojo Undo, but this particular book is on use Hojo Undo for specific training, hence is a advanced one.
Using traditional equipment to strengthen karate techniques is akin to Shuai Chiao equipment training and it is in line with traditional training in China and Okinawa.
A great addition to any martial arts library irrespective of your style, but particularly relevant to Karate and traditional Taekwondo practitioners.
I can't recommend more this book. It is full with ideas on how to use traditional equipment to enhance Karate techniques and all I can say is my technique is better after training with this kind of Hojo Undo
